The United Kingdom Royal Navy is to deploy aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth carrier in the Pacific Ocean as a part of worldwide Alliance to counter Mainland China at South China Sea. The Navy vessel is to sail her maiden deployment in next year that includes region of South China Sea.

Recently, Mainland China introduced Hong Kong Security law. China has earned world wide criticisms. According to Security law, Mainland China now has control over external affairs and defence of Chinese special administrative region Hong Kong. Security law increased tensions between US and China due to trade with Hong Kong. It is on the insistence of the United States of America, United Kingdom Royal Navy is dispatch aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth to the South China Sea.

Role of United States of America

The United States of America has already deployed its warships to the disputed area in South China Sea. Also, USS Bunker Hill (CG-52), a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser has entered in Malaysia sea. This is because, a China’s ship has been carrying out exploratory drilling in the Malaysian sea through a Malaysian state oil company Petronas (Established in 1974).

Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China

The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance by leading 8 democracy countries was launched in June, 2020. They are United States of America, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Norway, Sweden &United Kingdom. The International alliance was formed to counter China’s dominance.

The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance says Mainland China as a big threat to global trade, security and human rights.
