How Taj emerged as strongest hotel brand?
Taj was given an overall Brand Strength Index of 89.3 out of 100 and AAA rating for employee satisfaction, customer familiarity, corporate reputation and world-class customer service. Hotel 50 2021 report also highlights about company’s successful implementation of R.E.S.E.T 2020 strategy. This strategy provided a transformative framework and helped the Taj brand surmount pandemic related challenges.
