The Ministry of Skilled Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) launched ‘Aatamanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping (ASEEM)’ Digital Portal an Artificial Intelligence (AI) to bridge the demand-supply gap in the market across all the sectors in the country for the skilled workforce.

What is Aatamanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping (ASEEM)?

Aatamanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Maping (ASEEM) is a digital platform that will mention to all the trends, data, and analytics describing the workforce market and demand of skilled workforce to supply. Agencies, employers, and job aggregators who are looking for a skilled workforce in the specific sectors will have the required details in this. A skilled worker has to first register him/her at the portal by visiting the “Candidate Application” interface. There are two more interfaces in the portal-Employer Portal and Dashboard.

ASEEM is also available as a mobile application. With the cooperation, Bengaluru based company- Betterplace, the portal is developed and managed by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
