Cyber Security agreements signed between Director General of Israel’s National Cyber Directorate (INCD) and India’s Ambassador to Israel Sanjeev Singla. Through this agreements India and Israeli Government to enlarge their collaboration in cyber threats.
The Cyber Security agreement also involved Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) that operates under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (lead by Surinderjeet Singh Ahluwalia) and Israel National Cyber Directorate.
Cyber Security was identified as one of the important areas of cooperation by the leaders of India and Israel when Prime Minister Sh. Narinder Modi visited Israel in 2017. The nations also signed cyber security agreements in 2018. Also, Lt General Rajesh Pant, National Cyber Security Coordinator visited Israel in last year to attend Cyber Week.
