In the existence of India’s sports player P.V Sindhu and Sunil Chhetri, ‘Fit Hai to Hit Hai India’ Campaign was launched under Fit India on July 3rd this year by HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal and Kiren Rijiju Sports Minister.

Under the Fit India Campaign, the ‘Fit Hai to Hit Hai India’ program will be organized. The Ramesh Pokhriyal (Ministry of Human Resource Development) stated at the launch event that in various programs under the Fit India Campaign, to date a total of 13,868 CBSE schools from across the nation have participated out of which 11,682 have also been awarded the Fit India progarm flag. Ramesh Pokhriyal further added that now at the time of a pandemic it is equally important for the students to stay fit in order to fight the COVID-19 pandemic virus.

Fit Hai to Hit Hai India Program

A total of six sessions will be organized until 14 July 2020. Leading sports celebrities (Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar, Kapil Dev)will participate in these Talk sessions to share their life experiences in sports from failures struggles and to success. In the 1st session on 3 July P.V Sindhu (Indian badminton player) and Sunil Chhetri (Indian footballer) participated.
